| Age Requirement | Researchers must be 21+ years of age to facilitate procurement. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement. |
| Orders | All orders subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. |
| Payment | Prices in USD and subject to change. Payment required at time of order. |
| Shipping & Delivery | Orders are processed same-day before 2PM CST. Flat-rate shipping applies. Purchaser is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. |
| Product Information | Certificate of Analysis (COA) available for all products. Products sold “as is” for research purposes. No warranties for specific research applications. |
| Limitation of Liability | RetaPure Research is not liable for improper use or misuse of products. Use of products for prohibited purposes. Indirect or consequential damages. Damages exceeding the amount paid for the product. Receipt of materials in prohibited areas. |
| Governing Law | These terms are governed by US law and the laws of the State of Louisiana. |
| Modifications | We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. |
